sectors. She has a proven track record of building and coaching high-performing
advisor teams, most recently serving as Practice Development Director at Penn
Mutual, where her team achieved top national rankings and significant increases in
assets under management.
Previously, Donna held key operational roles at National Life Group, where she
managed multi-location teams and streamlined agency operations to support advisor
success and retention. Her expertise spans recruiting, onboarding, compliance,
practice development, marketing, staff management, and is supported by strong technical skills in CRM systems and financial software.
A proud New Jersey native, Donna is equally passionate about her personal
pursuits—raising two accomplished children, staying active through weightlifting and
Peloton, and exploring new destinations through travel. She brings energy,
discipline, and a people-first mindset to every endeavor.
