Robert Avellino

Robert J. Avellino is a seasoned financial services and business development executive with more than 40 years of experience guiding advisors, expanding distribution networks, and driving growth across the insurance, annuity, and retirement planning sectors. In 2025, he joined Momentum Insurance Services, where he partners with advisors to help them navigate the complexities of modern insurance solutions and ensure their clients receive comprehensive coverage and lasting value.

Alongside his role at Momentum, Robert continues to serve as Director of Business Development at APM Real Estate, Inc., where he focuses on strategic growth initiatives, enhancing property management services, and helping property owners strengthen long-term value.

In 2018, Robert founded Strategic Life Solutions, LLC, an independent distribution firm dedicated to supporting advisors with life, long-term care, and annuity solutions. Leveraging his extensive industry relationships and deep product knowledge, he provides personalized guidance, proven best practices, and hands-on support that helps advisors grow their businesses with confidence.

Before founding his firm, Robert held senior roles at Pacific Life, Fidelity Investments, Oppenheimer Capital, Provident Mutual Life, and PLANCO Financial Services. Over his career, Robert has been recognized for outstanding performance and leadership with honors, including Leader of the Pac, Rising Star, and President’s Club.

Robert earned his Bachelor of Arts from Temple University and a Paralegal Certification from Widener University. He is also a certified Senior Advisor and Retirement Counselor, dedicated to helping advisors and their clients achieve lasting financial success.
